Project Name: Alkylate Production Plant by LLP "INTERTRANS C.A."

Project Description: LLP "INTERTRANS C.A." is developing Kazakhstan's first alkylate production plant in Pavlodar. The facility aims to produce an environmentally friendly, high-octane component for automotive and aviation gasoline, meeting K-5 (Euro-5) standards. This initiative will reduce the country's dependency on imports and support Kazakhstan's fuel industry by producing up to 100,000 tons of alkylate annually.

Current Status: Project development and financing stage.

Expected Start Date: Planned construction start in 2025.

Expected End Date: Completion expected by 2028.

Investment Volume:

• Total Project Cost: 35 billion KZT (~$77 million USD)

• Development Bank of Kazakhstan Financing: 26.032 billion KZT (~$57.27 million USD)
