Project Description: The New Qazaqstan Logistics (NQL) project aims to establish an industrial and logistics hub in the Almaty region of Kazakhstan. The hub will encompass a 195-hectare Logistics Park, a 220-hectare Industrial Park, and an 85-hectare Railway Station. Upon reaching full capacity by 2030, the hub is expected to handle an annual cargo turnover of 250,000 TEUs and offer 31,200 square meters of leasable area.

Current Status: As of February 2025, the project is under development, with operations scheduled to commence in 2026.
