Chinese Corporation to Localize Medical Equipment Production in Kazakhstan

Zhang Yong, General Director of WEIGAO, told Kazakhstani representatives about the corporation's work in the production of coronary stents for cardiovascular diseases, prostheses, hemodialysis equipment for blood purification, as well as about the prospects for localization of production in Kazakhstan. Earlier, the management of WEIGAO met with the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akmaral Alnazarova, and the Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Gabidulla Ospankulov, to discuss the possibility of building a plant for the production of this equipment.
