PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project is a proposed utility-scale wind power plant with an installed capacity of 1 GW in the Zhetysu Region of Kazakhstan. On 15 July 2026, Samruk-Kazyna announced that Samruk-Energy JSC and SANY Renewable Energy had signed a shareholders’ agreement for the project.
