PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project involves the proposed development of a full-cycle industrial complex in Pavlodar Region combining coal extraction at the Zhamantuz deposit with deep coal processing and production of humic fertilizers. The initiative was presented to Pavlodar Region Akim Assain Baikhanov by representatives of the Uzbek company Kaoling Torg in August 2026.
