PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Varvarinskoye Hub Hybrid Power Project is a 62.6 MW integrated energy generation complex being developed to supply electricity to Solidcore Resources' gold and copper mining and processing operations in the Kostanay Region of Kazakhstan. The project combines a 22.6 MWp solar photovoltaic power plant with a 40 MW gas-piston power plant to provide renewable daytime generation and flexible conventional power supply. Nurlan Kapenov is the Director of Hi-Teck Qazaqstan LLP, the EPC contractor responsible for the 22.6 MW solar power plant at the Varvarinskoye Hub, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Qazaq Green Renewable Energy Association. His leadership of Hi-Teck Qazaqstan is confirmed by Kazakhstan's business registries, including records verified through eGov in September 2026. Qazaq Green also acknowledged his role in delivering the Varvarinskoye Solar Power Plant in December 2025.

Gas-Piston Power Plant – 40 MW: Under Construction
According to Solidcore's latest identified project-specific construction update, published on 31 July 2026:
Main equipment deliveries were completed.
Fabrication of structural steel frameworks for the planned buildings was completed.
Construction works were continuing.
Commissioning remained scheduled for the end of 2026.
