The cotton–textile cluster is a major industrial initiative in the Turkestan Region of Kazakhstan, implemented by China's Xinjiang Lihua Group. It represents a vertically integrated production chain from cotton cultivation to finished textile and apparel manufacturing. The project includes the construction of 10 industrial plants — four for cotton processing, four textile production factories (spinning, weaving, dyeing, and tailoring), and two facilities for producing drip irrigation and PVC pipes.
