Project Description
Kazakh Minister of Agriculture Aidarbek Saparov helda meeting with a representative of the Alhusaini Group, Abdelrahim Mohammad Al-Husseini. During the negotiations, issues related to the implementation of an investment project for the construction of a breeding poultry producer in Kazakhstan were discussed. Minister Saparov stressed the strategic importanceof the project for the developmentof the country's agro-industrial complex and confirmed the Government's commitment to support its successful implementation. The project providesfor the construction of a modern breeding poultry farm in Kazakhstan with a design capacity of up to 100 million hatching eggs per year, which will significantly strengthen the domestic poultry sector. The project partner from the Kazakh sidewill be a vertically integrated poultry meat production holding, Aitas KZ JSC. The implementation of the project willbe an important step inthe development of the national poultryindustry and strengthening the export potentialof the industry.

"We wantto enter the design stage in 2025 for the construction of a large poultryprocessing plant in three stages of 30 million hatching eggs. The project will beimplemented in stages until 2029.We are currently looking for a placement site. The total investment amount will be about $85 million. This will allow us not only to meet domestic needs, but also to export," said Serik Tolukpaev, Founder of the Holding.
The new facility is expected to play a key role in strengthening Kazakhstan's food security and export potential. About 70% of the farm's products will be supplied to the domestic market, and the remaining 30% will be exported.
Alhusaini Group is the owner of AlJazeera Agricultural Company and Al Sidra companies specializing in poultry meat production.
Currently, Aitas KZ supplies about 43%of poultry to Kazakhstan and operates several farms throughoutthe country. The holding, asa strategic Kazakh partner,will provide expertise, logistics and production integration of the project. Thisis in line with the company's long-term strategy to develop domestic poultry farming, localize advanced agricultural technologies and strengthenthe country's agricultural infrastructure.
