Project Description
Texol Wellness Atyrau is a large sports and wellness complex being built in the city of Atyrau. The initiator and investor is the TEXOL Group of companies, one of the leading private industrial structures in the region. The project provides for the construction of a modern three-storey center with a total area of about 18,000 m2, designed for simultaneous visits of up to 1,000 people. The complex will include a six-lane swimming pool, tennis courts, gyms and fitness rooms, martial arts facilities, a climbing wall, as well as recreation and recreation areas. The sports center will be able to practice 12 sports, which makes it a multifunctional playground for residents of the city and the region. The project is aimed at developing sports infrastructure and improving the quality of life of the population. The investment volume is reported as over 24 billion tenge.

The project is a completely private investment of TEXOL Group, without budget financing.
The 18,000 m2 building will become the largest sports facility in the region.
