The project entails the development of a marine aquaculture facility for farming sea trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) with an annual production capacity of 5,000 tonnes. The farming operations will utilize cage systems in the Caspian Sea, covering an area of 3,000 hectares, located approximately 20 km from the Port of Kuryk in the Mangistau region. The initiative aims to supply 50% of its produce to the domestic market and export the remaining 50% to countries including Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, China, and Vietnam.
