PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Saya Park is a planned large-scale shopping and entertainment center in the Altyn Orda microdistrict of Aktobe, Kazakhstan. The project is positioned as part of a new business, cultural and public activity zone being formed in this part of the city. The total planned area of the complex is 60,000 m², with the facility to be developed on a 6.6-hectare land plot. The reported investment value is more than 32 billion KZT.
