SRPM Resources Ltd.: Established in 2020, SRPM Resources Ltd. served as the initial initiator of the Satimola project. The company applied for a mineral extraction license and secured a 49-year lease on a 172.18 km² land plot in the Akzhaik District for the construction of the potash fertilizer plant.
Qazaq Kalium Ltd.: In 2024, Qazaq Kalium Ltd. signed a memorandum of cooperation with KfW Bankengruppe and Euler Hermes Group, indicating the attraction of international financing and state-level support for the project. The company is responsible for the development, financing, and construction of the enrichment and production complex.
