The project features a LEED environmental certification focus, with solutions for rainwater harvesting, greywater reuse, and solar panel installations.
Green area: 20,190 m² landscaped for public use.
The new complex will be the tallest residential building in Kazakhstan;
It will combine residences, service apartments, A+ class offices, a five-star hotel managed by an international brand, cultural and retail spaces;
The total area of the complex will be more than 274 thousand square meters: the retail part will occupy about 30% of the total area, 25% will be parking areas, service apartments will occupy 17%, residential residences - 12%, 9% for offices, 6% for the hotel, and about 1% for the panoramic area;
Public presentation took place in May 2025, featuring Burak Özçivit, Turkish actor, as brand ambassador.
