Project Description
Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (a subsidiary of Baiterek Holding, hereinafter referred to as DBK, the Bank) and Prima Kus LLP signed an agreement to open a credit line to finance the construction of the third stage of a modern poultry complex for the production and processing of broiler meat in the Almaty region. Prima Kus plans to launch the second, third and fourth stages of production. The second stage is nearing completion with a launch in December 2025. Construction of the third stage began in August 2025 with a deadline of summer 2026. Currently, the company produces about 17,500 tons of poultry meat per year in slaughter weight. After the commissioning of the second and third stages of production capacity, it is planned that after the launch of the factory, the volume of output will increase to 26.5 tons of poultry meat per year and will create about 700 jobs. The commissioning of all four lines is planned to be completed by 2027. This will provide the company with a volume of 70,000 tons of meat per year, which is more than 4 times higher than today's volumes.
