PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project is a large-scale expansion and modernization program for the Pavlodar Oil Refinery aimed at increasing crude oil processing capacity from approximately 5.5 million tons per year to 9 million tons per year. It forms part of Kazakhstan’s national strategy to modernize its major oil refineries and strengthen domestic fuel supply security.
