PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Otan Astygy LLP is investing 5.3 billion tenge in the construction of an oil extraction complex in the Kostanay region of Kazakhstan. The complex will specialize in the production of sunflower and safflower oil, as well as oilcake. The plant's design capacity is 22,000 tons of sunflower and safflower oil per year and 32,800 tons of oilcake. Its productivity is 150 tons of raw materials per day. At present, the project initiator has obtained a 14-hectare land plot through the Unified Industrialization Map.

The investment project “Construction of an oil extraction complex” will cost 5.3 billion tenge, of which 4.7 billion tenge will be borrowed funds and 600 million tenge will be own funds. At the same time, in accordance with the instructions of the head of the region, work was carried out to optimize expenses in the amount of 300 million tenge. In addition, the investor increased its own contribution from 600 million tenge to 1.8 billion tenge. The share attracted from the Tobol Agricultural Production Cooperative was reduced to 3.5 billion tenge.
