PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Badamsha-3 is a planned 100 MW onshore wind power plant in Aktobe Region, Kazakhstan, being developed by Plenitude Kazakhstan LLP within the Eni/Plenitude group. The project was awarded through Kazakhstan's renewable-energy auction mechanism for the Northern Zone of the Unified Power System. On 19 May 2026, Plenitude Kazakhstan won the 100 MW auction with a tariff of KZT 11.48/kWh excluding VAT; seven companies participated and submitted 25 price bids representing a combined 600 MW of applications.
