Project Description
The construction of a modern multi-profile center was launched in Petropavlovsk. The multidisciplinary center is being built by Turkish company YDA Holding. It will be located next to the new Kazakh Drama Theater named after S. Mukanov in the Zhas Orken microdistrict on Zhas Orken Street. S. Mukanov in Zhas Orken microdistrict on Zhambyla Street. Its total area will be about 40,000 m². The project will include a residential complex of 180 apartments with ceilings of 3.30 meters. It will be oriented on family lifestyle. Also on the territory will be located playgrounds, spacious green areas, parks, landscaped gardens, shopping areas with fitness center, supermarket, cafes, stores and restaurants. A separate element will be an A+ class business center with modern offices and technological infrastructure, as well as a 4-5 star hotel. The hotel will have 112 rooms accommodating 224 people, conference halls, meeting rooms and a rooftop restaurant and bar with panoramic views. The management will be entrusted to an international chain. Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Yermek Kosherbayev, Akim of North-Kazakhstan region Gauez Nurmukhambetov and Chairman of the Board of Turkish company YDA Holding Huseyin Arslan took part in the capsule laying ceremony. Gauez Nurmukhambetov noted that the emergence of the complex will strengthen the investment attractiveness of the region, create new jobs and expand tourism potential. According to Ermek Kosherbayev, such projects change the idea of comfort in the regions, create a modern urban environment and open new opportunities for business and tourism.
