PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The technological and execution layer is structured separately: wind turbines are supplied by SANY Renewable Energy and Envision Energy, while the battery energy storage system (BESS) is provided by Saft, a subsidiary of TotalEnergies.
This selection marks a strategic shift towards local content and technology transfer, positioning Kazakhstan not just as a host market, but as a manufacturing hub for regional green energy growth.
