PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project is a proposed large-scale integrated energy and industrial development being considered by the international consortium Mercuria – Wanji Holding Group in Pavlodar Region, Kazakhstan. On 31 August 2026, Pavlodar Region Akim Asain Baikhanov met with representatives of the consortium to discuss the possibility of implementing the project.
