Project Description
The project involves the creation of the first automated plant in North Kazakhstan Region for the production of high-protein alfalfa pellets. Production will be organized according to an integrated three-stage technological chain: artificial drying, baling, and pelleting, which will enable the production of premium-class feed. The raw material – alfalfa – will be grown on the company's own irrigated fields, which will ensure stability of supply and product quality. The planned capacity of the enterprise is up to 60 thousand tons per year, and the products will be exported to China and the UAE. The project initiator is Salar Farm LLP, and financing is provided by SPK Saltustik in the form of a 10-year preferential loan at 2.5%. Construction and installation work is underway, and equipment is being purchased from the German company Amandus Kahl. The launch is planned for spring/Q2 2026.
