PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project is a proposed integrated lead-zinc mining, mineral-processing and metallurgical development in Zhanakorgan District, Kyzylorda Region, promoted by China’s Liaoning Hongda Group. In July 2026, the Kyzylorda Regional Akimat valued the overall investment programme at USD 1.3 billion.
