Electrical installation works within the framework of the PPP hospital project in Kokshetau, which will be implemented in Kokshetau, Kazakhstan, were carried out by ASYS ENGINEERING.
The project is financed by a syndicate of international development institutions including EBRD, AIIB, KfW/DEG, and other lenders under a structured PPP financing model. TuRAR (under the Ministry of Health) will act as the future healthcare operator responsible for medical service delivery after construction completion. The project emphasizes ESG compliance, with BTY acting as environmental and social advisor for lenders and ERKE Sustainable Building supporting LEED Silver certification. The PPP structure includes a construction phase of approximately two years followed by a five-year operational support period by the private partner before full handover to the state operator. The financing package totals approximately USD 500 million and is aimed at improving healthcare access and replacing outdated regional hospital infrastructure.
