Project Description
A project for the extraction and supply of crude gas from the Tuzkol field in the Kyzylorda region has been launched The project operator is Tuzkolmunaigas Operating, which implements the initiative in close cooperation with the Ministry of Energy and with the participation of relevant national companies. At the initial stage, the volume of crude gas supplies will be about 30 million m3 per year. With the transition to commercial development of the Tuzkol gas fields in 2026 and West Ketekazgan in 2028, supply volumes will gradually increase and potentially reach 200 million m3 per year. This will significantly expand the gas supply and strengthen the energy infrastructure of the region. The project really backs up its words with deeds: new jobs are being created, local specialists are being attracted and the necessary infrastructure is being developed. The extracted gas will be processed at partner enterprises and integrated into the national gas transportation system.
