PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project envisions construction of a large‑scale industrial facility to produce food‑grade gelatin and related collagen‑based products from animal by‑products such as hides and bones. It is intended to deepen the processing of livestock by‑products within Kazakhstan and reduce the country’s complete dependence on imports of gelatin. The plant’s output will also include collagen components, feed proteins, and technical fats, adding value to otherwise underutilized raw materials.
