The project envisions construction of a large‑scale industrial facility to produce food‑grade gelatin and related collagen‑based products from animal by‑products such as hides and bones. It is intended to deepen the processing of livestock by‑products within Kazakhstan and reduce the country’s complete dependence on imports of gelatin.
