PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project involves the expansion of the existing Ust‑Kamenogorsk Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant to address acute shortages in electrical and thermal energy supply in the East Kazakhstan region. It foresees the installation of a new turbine unit (No. 13) with a capacity of 100 MW and a boiler unit (No. 16) with steam production capacity of 400 tons per hour, thereby increasing the overall heat production capacity by approximately 130 Gcal/hour.
