This is a full‑cycle meat processing complex being built by Eurasia Agro Semey. The facility will include a slaughterhouse for both large (200 heads per shift) and small ruminants (1,400 heads per shift), a sausage production workshop (5 tons per shift), and a canning workshop (12 tons per shift). It aims to serve both domestic and export markets, producing chilled and frozen lamb, mutton, beef, as well as offal and meat‑bone meal. The plant is designed to boost the local meat‑processing capacity in the Abai Region while creating around 250 permanent jobs at the initial stage. In addition, the project envisions supporting livestock growth by building fattening (feedlot) facilities for up to 50,000 sheep, 200 horses, and 200 head of cattle.

The project is expected to create about 250 permanent jobs in the initial phases.
As part of the project, state-funded infrastructure will be constructed: boiler-house, wastewater treatment facilities, power lines, and water supply pipeline
The enterprise is part of a broader meat cluster development in the Abai region, with plans to scale up livestock capacity: by 2031, fattening capacity in the region is planned to increase significantly (from 21,000 to ~86,500 heads)
