Project Description
Danaflex Group, a leading Russian manufacturer of flexible packaging materials, is launching a new production facility in the Almaty Region of Kazakhstan. This project is part of the companyβs broader strategy to expand its presence in the Central Asian market and better serve international clients who are relocating or expanding their operations within the region.
The plant will specialize in the production of flexible packaging for food products, such as snacks, confectionery, dairy, and frozen goods. These materials will include barrier films, laminates, and printed packaging, serving both local and export markets. The facility will feature advanced European printing and lamination equipment, aligning with Danaflex's existing high production standards.
A key driver of the project is the strategic economic environment of Kazakhstan, which is a member of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). This allows Danaflex to operate within a common customs zone, avoiding additional import duties and streamlining cross-border logistics with Russia and other EAEU members.
