Project Description
The project involves the construction of a modern five-story polyclinic in the city of Taldykorgan, designed to accommodate 500 patient visits per shift. The facility will include one underground level and a total building volume of approximately 45,800 cubic meters, with a construction footprint of 2,400 square meters. The polyclinic aims to expand access to quality healthcare services for residents of the Zhetysu region and improve the overall medical infrastructure of the city. The project includes diagnostic and treatment departments, administrative spaces, and auxiliary facilities built according to modern healthcare and energy efficiency standards. Design work was completed by DP Engineering Group LLP in 2023, and the project received a positive state expertise conclusion in September 2024. A construction contract was signed with AK Construction Company LLP in September 2025 for 8 billion KZT.
