The project involves the construction of two small hydropower plants — Rudnichny HPP-1 and Rudnichny HPP-2 — in the Kerbulak district of the Zhetisu Region, Republic of Kazakhstan. The total installed capacity of the cascade is 42 MW, including 19 MW for HPP-1 and 23 MW for HPP-2. The average long-term electricity generation is projected at 91.8 million kWh for HPP-1 and 116.5 million kWh for HPP-2, resulting in a combined annual output of approximately 208.3 million kWh.
