Project Description
Within the framework of the Kazakhstan Global Investment Roundtable, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Coca-Cola Içecek Kazakhstan signed a framework agreement on the construction of a fourth beverage production plant in Aktobe. The signing took place with the support of Kazakh Invest, which acts as a key partner in the implementation of strategic investment projects. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026. After commissioning, the company will create over 120 jobs for residents of the region. The new plant will operate using environmentally friendly technologies and implement a waste management system that meets international standards.

Today Coca-Cola Içecek operates 36 plants in 12 countries. There are three enterprises operating in Kazakhstan — in Almaty, Astana and Shymkent. At the same time, the construction of a new facility in Aktobe follows shortly after the launch of the Shymkent plant, implemented with investments of 27 billion tenge.
Veli Dinchel, CEO of Coca-Cola Içecek Kazakhstan, noted that the project reflects the company's long-term commitment to the Kazakh market:
"The new plant in Aktobe will expand the geography of our production, create new jobs and contribute to the sustainable development of the region."
Agriculture Minister Aidarbek Saparov stressed the importance of the project for the country's industrial development:
"This is an example of successful cooperation between the state and business. We are ready to support international companies interested in long-term investments in Kazakhstan."
