Other important details
The complex is planned to produce up to 100 tons of sturgeon fish and up to 10 tons of black caviar annually.
The project implementation is divided into several phases and is planned to continue until 2033.
Approximately 40 jobs are expected to be created during the first phase of the project.
Around 56 hectares of land on the Caspian Sea coast have been allocated for the project.
LLP “FISH FARM ‘RED PEARL’” acts as the project operator and SPV (special purpose vehicle) established for the construction and implementation of the complex.
The founders/shareholders of LLP “FISH FARM ‘RED PEARL’” are:
SWISS CHOICE HOLDING SA (since 05.06.2023);
