PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project comprises the construction and subsequent operation of the first BINOM school in Semey, located in the Karagaily residential area of Abay Region. It is being implemented through a public-private partnership initiated by the regional education authority. The final PPP competition documents identify a design capacity of 1,400 pupils per shift.
