Project Description
BASS Gold LLP is expanding its operations in the Ulytau District by obtaining a license to explore three new geological blocks directly adjacent to its producing Ushshoky gold deposit. The total area of the new blocks exceeds 6.5 km². Exploration activities on these sites aim to identify additional gold reserves, which will allow the company to increase production capacity and extend the mine’s operational life. This project continues the company’s program to expand its mineral resource base: in 2024, BASS Gold secured rights to 11 nearby blocks covering 25.1 km², and in June 2025 obtained an environmental permit to conduct exploration there. The Ushshoky site is already home to a gold recovery plant, commissioned in April 2024, which provides a full processing cycle up to doré production. The project is aimed at strengthening the company’s position in Kazakhstan’s gold mining sector and increasing production volumes.

Obtaining the license opens up new opportunities for the Company to expand its raw material base and further increase mining volumes and production of finished products in the form of doré alloy and flotation concentrate.
It is estimated that the subsurface may contain between 2 and 4 tons of gold reserves.
