PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The New Balkhash Copper Smelter is a major metallurgical investment project planned for Balkhash, Karaganda Region, Kazakhstan. The project is being developed by Qazaq Smelter LLP under a government-approved investment agreement with Kazakhstan's Ministry of Industry and Construction.
