Public hearing: LRT public hearing is scheduled for 25 June 2026 at 10:00, at Aksai-4 microdistrict, 118A, Almaty, in mixed offline / Zoom format.
Chinese companies CRRC, UCD, CCECC and ACGF are mentioned as members of the consortium with which Integra Construction KZ signed a memorandum for the design and construction of LRT and SkyTrain lines in Almaty. However, open official documents currently confirm only TOO “Метропроект” as the general designer for the LRT, while the final EPC contractor, construction contractor and exact role distribution among the Chinese companies have not been publicly disclosed.
