Industrial Development Fund JSC provided preferential financing under a financial leasing structure with a 3% annual rate for 12 years.
The project includes waste sorting facilities, administrative buildings, workshops, storage facilities, weighbridges, and climate treatment sections for organic waste processing.
Core equipment: the sorting line is identified as an ARTMAN municipal solid waste sorting complex with stated capacity of 70,000 tonnes/year; the project also includes PET plastic recycling equipment and a shredder for wood/construction waste.
Utilities and site infrastructure: the complex includes heating via gas-fired boilers, a gas-holder unit, transformer substation, fire-water reservoir, pump station, cesspool, water tank, container area and internal waste-processing areas.
