Energobildservice LLP (BIN: 040940008014) is the project developer of Rudnichny HPP-1 and HPP-2. According to 2024 corporate reporting, it is owned by AIFC-registered EnergyBridge Ltd., whose shareholders include PowerBridge Limited, Kairat Orazbekov and Alen Baigazin.
