The new MIDREX Flex direct recovery unit will produce 2 million tons of hot briquetted iron (HBI) per year.
Allows Eurasian Resources Group (ERG) and Kazakhstan to enter the global HBI market
Today's contract for the construction of the plant was the result of the successful completion of the preliminary design and basic design stages.
Advanced technologies will ensure high energy efficiency, minimal environmental impact and readiness for the future use of hydrogen.
