The first construction stage is expected to include railway infrastructure, a container terminal and a customs zone. The second stage is expected to add agro-logistics infrastructure, including grain and oilseed storage facilities. Public reporting states that the railway infrastructure will include more than 4 km of tracks and the ability to receive up to 28 railcars simultaneously. The project also includes infrastructure for oversized and heavy cargo, which is relevant for industrial equipment deliveries. The planned warehouse facilities are described as class A+, with multi-temperature storage zones down to -24°C, which may be relevant for retail, food logistics and pharmaceutical logistics. 24KZ reports that more than 600 jobs are expected to be created on the basis of the complex.
