The project is a new multifunctional public cultural venue in Taraz centered around a 1,300-seat main auditorium. Current government communications refer to the facility as the Palace of Celebrations, while the working design documentation uses the title “Construction of a 1,300-seat Concert Hall” and also refers to the facility as a Congress Hall.
