The project envisages building a new urban polyclinic in the left-bank district of the Syrdarya River in Kyzylorda, with capacity for 500 outpatient visits per shift. The facility will include general medical practice departments, a diagnostic block, an infectious-diseases block, a day-hospital (day-inpatient) ward, as well as rehabilitation and preventive medicine units. Unusually for a polyclinic, the design includes an educational component: on each floor there will be training/classrooms, plus a 50-seat classroom and a 200-seat conference hall — intended for training and professional development of medical staff. Thus, the project aims to combine everyday outpatient care with capacity for diagnostics, infection control, rehabilitation, prevention, and internal medical training in one facility. According to the recent official announcement, the project has cleared state expert review — meaning the design documentation is approved. The polyclinic is meant to support the expansion of healthcare infrastructure in the left-bank (newer expansion) area of Kyzylorda, offering residents improved access to medical services.
