Hyper Cloud is a new high-technology data-center project initiated by Beeline Kazakhstan through its cloud business division Hyper Cloud Solution, part of the VEON telecom ecosystem. The facility is designed as a Tier-III certified center of excellence for sovereign cloud, enterprise digital services, and AI compute in Kazakhstan, ensuring high availability, redundancy, and scalability of infrastructure. It will support a broad suite of cloud services — including Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS), GPU-as-a-Service, and advanced cybersecurity — targeted primarily at small and medium enterprises, developers, and public-sector organizations. Hyper Cloud will provide GPU-optimized compute capacity for artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Big Data processing, enabling enhanced performance for high-load applications. A central goal is data sovereignty, with all hosted data stored locally within Kazakhstan to meet national regulatory, security, and compliance requirements. It is positioned to accelerate the country’s digital transformation and support growth of the domestic IT ecosystem. The project also aims to strengthen Kazakhstan’s status as a digital hub in Central Asia by offering localized cloud services that reduce dependency on foreign providers. The data center will serve as a strategic platform for future growth of cloud and AI solutions in the region.
