The project documentation indicates substantial civil works, including approximately 120,000 m³ of excavation and removal of approximately 90,000 m³ of topsoil, as well as foundations, reinforced-concrete structures, steel erection, roads and engineering networks.

The main site has cadastral number 15-220-010-201; a separate 7-ha manure composting site has cadastral number 15-220-012-099.

The environmental documentation records a peak manure accumulation of approximately 30,000 tonnes over a 120-day December–March period, making manure handling, composting, odor control and related equipment commercially significant packages.

The project falls under mandatory Environmental Impact Assessment requirements because it involves intensive poultry farming exceeding 50,000 birds.

The official environmental notice was published on 3 August 2026, with public comments accepted through 20 August 2026.
