According to BI Group’s commercial brochure, A+ Almaty Business Park has a total building area of 96,000 m², making it a large-scale premium commercial development in Almaty.

The project includes 30,000+ m² of office space, which is the key sales-relevant volume for suppliers of fit-out materials, engineering systems, office furniture, lighting, IT infrastructure, access control, HVAC and finishing solutions.

The project provides a 1,800 m² conference hall, creating potential demand for AV systems, acoustic solutions, lighting, seating, event equipment, multimedia infrastructure and interior fit-out.

The commercial/public zone includes a 12,000 m² Sunken Plaza with planned F&B, gym and supermarket functions, which may require retail fit-out, kitchen equipment, refrigeration, ventilation, fire safety systems, signage and tenant-specific engineering solutions.

The underground parking area is stated at 38,000 m² and includes 700+ parking spaces, indicating demand for parking systems, ventilation, fire protection, lighting, navigation, CCTV, access control and EV-charging infrastructure.
