According to a regional news report, during his visit in January 2025, the regional governor said the farm would house “well-proven in our climate Holstein‑Friesian breed” rather than another breed.
The farm is expected to support feed security: Tapaev reportedly plans to sow 2,500 ha, including 1,500 ha of corn and 1,000 ha of silage.
The government provides significant support: 25% subsidy for construction‑installation works and another 25% compensation for equipment; also favorable import conditions for cattle and tax incentives (tax holidays first two years) under the credit agreement.
